*Compensation and Benefits:*
* $20 - $22 per hour gross before taxes
* Occasional bonuses and travel incentives

*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and care for children in the home environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their development
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care
- Implement any specific care instructions provided by parents or guardians
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children’s well-being and any concerns
*How it works:*
* Create Your Schedule: You have the freedom to establish your own work hours.
* Matched to Your Preferences: TLC assigns shifts according to your availability, experience, and preferences.
* Update Your Availability: On your TLC Calendar, simply mark the hours you're available to work each day.
*Schedule:*
* Have at least 2 to 5 full weekdays of availability (Monday through Friday)
* Most shifts are between 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm
*Example shifts:*
8:00 am to 6:00 pm
7:30 am to 5:30 pm
*Requirements:*
* At least 18 years old
* Must be willing to work in homes with *pets*
* MUST have 2 caregiving references who are not your family members with whom we can speak
* Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher
* Driver's license & a vehicle is required
* Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
* Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this program
*If Hired:*
* Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
* Must have or get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification BEFORE employment
* Will complete an online Orientation to help you be the best caregiver you can be
