CACI is seeking a Unity Software Developer to join the RRL program in Norfolk, VA.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and creating innovative Unity Software Simulations for the training developed under the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning effort for the Fire Controlman Aegis (FC(A)) courses.
You will also be responsible for researching, designing, and developing complex PC Simulations.
You will work closely with training analysts, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Review Government Furnished Information.
Review all training requirements from the Instructional Designers.
Support design meetings with SMEs and 3D Animators.
Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
Work in a fast, dynamic environment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Expertise with Unity Pro.
Experience with Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline.
Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
Knowledge of C#, Object Oriented programming.
Experience with Visual Studio.
Experience with API development.
Experience with memory allocation and space optimization (Unity Profiler).
Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
Knowledge of 3D assets pipeline.
Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
General understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500-$117,900
