CACI is hiring an SAP Financial Functional Analyst to join our team supporting the Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) and technical upgrades for the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) financial and material management systems.
Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment.
Work includes collaborating on systems and solutions supporting large portfolios from business, analysis, technical, systems, data, and enterprise functions.
What You’ll Get to Do: As an SAP Financial Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP Financial modules to meet business requirements and enhance financial operations efficiency.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
Your expertise in SAP Financial modules will be essential in driving process improvements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting financial reporting and analysis.
Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize SAP Financial modules (such as FI, CO, AA, AR, AP) to align with business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose system solutions.
Develop and maintain functional specifications, design documentation, and test plans for SAP Financial module implementations and enhancements.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to support SAP Financial module implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize disruptions to financial processes.
Develop and deliver end-user training materials and conduct training sessions to promote system adoption and proficiency.
Stay current with SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and other business units, to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
Maintain strong relationships with SAP vendors, consultants, and support resources to leverage external expertise and resources as needed.

Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.
g.
, SAP certification) is a plus.
Proven experience (10 years) as an SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in SAP Financial modules (FI, CO, AA, AR, AP).
Strong understanding of financial business processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP Financial modules to meet business requirements.
Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.
g.
, MM, SD) is desirable.
Experience in supporting SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: SAP Certification preferred.
SAFe experience and/or certification.
