I am in need of someone I can rely on to take care of a couple of property maintenance needs.
I have 20+ years of experience in rental properties and myself am reliable, honest, trustworthy, and professional.
The Gig Involves:
1\.
Changing A/C filter in two rental properties
2\.
Doing a smoke alarm test in one rental property and issuing the tenant a certificate of
inspection
3\.
Taking a photo of the outside condenser unit at one property.
4\.
Doing an inspection in one property for cleanliness, damages, and needed repairs
or maintenance.
5\.
Tightening hinges or screws as needed.
I need someone who is tough, honest, trustworthy, professional, very detail-oriented, reliable, and can handle minor repairs.
One of the townhomes is in the Camelot Subdivision in Chesapeake and the other is 15 minutes away off of Portsmouth Blvd.
, in Portsmouth.
You must be able to do the following jobs which may or may not need to be performed:
Print and fill out provided inspection forms with clear and concise details.
Inspect the inside and outside of a property for cleanliness, damages, and needed maintenance.
Change out an A/C filter.
Tighten loose screws in door hinges, door knobs, plug outlets, etc.
Put in window screens that tenant may have taken out.
Check smoke alarms to see if they are working properly and issue a certification provided by me.
Other minor maintenance as needed.
You will need your own stepladder, flathead and Phillips-head screwdrivers, possibly pliers, and a hammer.
More details will be discussed during the interview which will be conducted first by phone.
The maintenance and inspection will take place in a few weeks at a date and time that can be arranged for both you and the tenants.
The pay is at a flat rate of $300.

The gig should take no more than 2 -3 hours.
