The candidate will have experience in civil litigation and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in North Carolina.
Maryland and/or Virginia licensure is a plus.
The individual must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
Recent law school graduates who have passed the bar are welcome to apply.
Salary is commensurate with experience and ability.

*Responsibilities:*
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to legal debt collection, bench-bar relations, consumer protection, and the potential for frequent court appearances.
We provide comprehensive training to ensure that new additions to the firm are put in a position to succeed.
