Corporate/Commerical/Transactional Attorney

Pender & Coward is seeking a Virginia licensed attorney to join the firm's corporate and transactional team.
Experience in corporate transactions for business clients is preferred.
This is a partner or of counsel position in the firm’s Virginia Beach, Chesapeake or Suffolk offices depending on the applicant’s preference.
