Duties
Oversee overall operational management, including curriculum development, staff and facilities management, legal and budgetary considerations, and long-range planning.
Implement industry best practices within the program.
Lead the staff to accomplish the organization's goals and improvement opportunities.
Build an effective teaching team and promote a positive organizational culture.
Lead staff career development, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Oversee office functions, including payroll, accounts, human resources, and purchasing.
Ensure compliance with local and state regulations while maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
At least 21 years of age
Minimum of 2 years of programmatic experience
CDA or Bachelor?s Degree in early childhood education or related field with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills
Pass a full background check
Provide a minimum of three professional reference
Nice To Haves
Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
Current Medication Administration Training
5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting
Strong oral and written communication skills; technology skills
Strong understanding of child development
Finance and budgeting skills
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
