Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Manager of Surgical Services for the Vascular and Interventional Center This is a full-time/day shift position.
The Manager of Surgical Services will assume responsibility and accountability for operations and success.
Responsible for the delivery of high quality services which meet or exceed customer expectations.
Position is responsible for safe management of patients throughout perioperative experience.
Serve as mentor by role modeling a professional practice consistent with surgeon expectations, organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, patient safety and clinical standards of care.
3 years supervisory experience required Master's level degree in nursing preferred.
