*The Role:* As an IT & Support Success Manager, you'll be pivotal in developing and managing instructional content, support guides, and tutorials to improve the user experience with our software.
*Your role involves:* * Crafting and managing support and educational content.
* Providing expert IT support to resolve technical issues, leveraging our extensive tech stack.
* Utilizing customer feedback and analytics to inform and guide your content creation and support strategies.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content and support strategies with user needs and technical capabilities.
* Leading initiatives to refine IT and support processes *Who You Are:* * You have proven experience in IT support and content creation, with a deep understanding of software applications for professional collection sites and networks.
* You're familiar with a wide range of technologies including HubSpot, QuickBooks, Zoho Suite, Google Workspaces, Hexnode, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Products, and you're proficient across Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.
* Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, capable of simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences.
* Your soft skills shine through your patience, empathy, and ability to remain positive in challenging situations.
* You're a self-starter, ready to identify needs and initiate projects in a dynamic environment.
* A background in health technology, SaaS, or a related field is highly desirable.
