*Case 1-* Portsmouth, 23701 LPN or RN to work with an 18-year-old female, Trach/Vent/ G-tube patient.
*Availability - Sun-Thu 11pm-7am (Flexible) Sat and Sun Days 12-hour shifts*
*Case 2-* Portsmouth, 23701 LPN or RN to work with a 11-year-old female with G-tube.
*Availability Fri 7am-7pm*
*Case 3- *Portsmouth 23701 LPN or RN to work with a 15-year-old female with Trach, Vent, and G-tube.
*Availability Sat-Mon 8am-6pm or 12-hour shift*

*Requirements for RN/LPN:*
* Valid VA RN/LPN license or a compact state nursing license
* Successfully pass a background check
* American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
* Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States
* Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray if available
* The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision
