Our programs are designed to meet the needs of youth ages 11- 17 who are experiencing emotional, psychiatric and educational difficulties.
In addition to our general psychiatric programs, we also offer specialty programs for youth with more serious challenges.

com *Job Requirements:* * Graduation from an approved School of Nursing * 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience *preferred*, 1 required * Must be licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or have a multi-state license * Prefer 1-3 years of experience with adolescents in a psychiatric facility or rehabilitation program * Demonstrates knowledge of risk factors for violence and determining potential for violent acting out and ability to assess suicidal/homicidal ideations.
* Good verbal and written skills, ability to rotate shifts and programs as necessary, ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information.
