```Duties```
- Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters by accurately and efficiently documenting medical information in electronic health records (EHR)
- Prepare and organize patient charts, ensuring all necessary documents and test results are available for healthcare providers
- Accompany healthcare providers during patient examinations, taking notes on the patient's medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Transcribe medical reports, including laboratory results, radiology reports, and physician notes
- Ensure accurate and timely coding of medical procedures and diagnoses for billing purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a medical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus
- Ability to accurately measure vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
