Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

General Dental Front Office/ Lang Family Dental Our dental practice is in search of a team player to serve on our Business Team assisting with all operations of the front office.
We are looking for a motivated, confident, multi-tasker who understands clearly the focus of our business.
The right person will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental field and be an excellent communicator, friendly, and patient.
This person must also know about dental insurance and have a basic understanding of dentistry.
Duties will include but are not limited to: -Responsible for overseeing the daily schedule and ensuring appointments are scheduled correctly, answering phones, making appointments, and gathering accurate demographic and insurance data.
-Ensure insurance eligibility is verified before patient appointments.
-Accurately present treatment plans -Be an advocate for the patients, parents, and referring dentists/doctors, and willing to step into any role for the benefit of the patient and the overall success of the practice.
-Work alongside the Clinical Lead/doctors to ensure the front office and clinic are working together to maximize efficiency for the office.
-Assist the Practice Administrator with additional duties as necessary.
