Compensation: Up to $24.
00 per hour based on experience.
*River Pools of Chesapeake* is seeking skilled *Pool Installers* to join our team.
The ideal candidate doesn’t necessarily need to have experience installing swimming pools, loves to work with their hands and enjoys working outdoors in all sorts of weather conditions.
We install River Pools quality fiberglass swimming pools for customers mainly outdoors, so water doesn’t bother us much! *Working as a Pool Installer for River Pools of Chesapeake has some great perks:* * Very competitive pay structure based on your experience level and routine check points for pay increases.
We reward hard work, dedication, commitment to the job, and attention to detail.
* Opportunity for over-time when and if the project requires * Benefits package to include life insurance, short term disability, Dental and Vision coverage after 90 days of employment * Medical Coverage reimbursement program after 90 days of employment * Great hours – Generally we work from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
However, when the project needs us to stay later, we do it no problem! *As member of the Pool Installer team for River Pools of Chesapeake you will be* * Installing and maintaining swimming pools, including plumbing, electrical, and water features * Prepare and level the ground for pool installation * Ensure that all pool equipment is installed properly and working efficiently * Perform regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balance, and repairs * Install landscape lighting * Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met * Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including power tools, excavators, and skid steer loaders * Operate and maintain work truck with a trailer * Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently *As member of the Pool Installer team for River Pools of Chesapeake we are looking for individuals with:* * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar work including landscaping, operating skid steers, dump trucks, back hoes, and the like.
* Knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems is a huge plus! * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans * Must be willing and able to learn.
We follow a specific set of instructions and guidelines.
* Experience with landscaping design and installation is another huge plus! * Knowledge of hardscaping materials and techniques * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Must be fit enough to handle working outside all day * Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
