As an Account Executive, you will have a central role in expanding our sales footprint within the mechanical industry (or related markets).
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in outbound sales, particularly in initiating new client relationships.
Previous success in selling repair services and service agreements for mechanical systems (including HVAC, Plumbing, Building Automation, and Electrical) is strongly desired for this position but not required.

You should have:
The willingness and ability to sell (cold-calling, networking, presentation, and closing skills)
Ability to sell effectively in the areas of Service Agreements and project work
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Demonstrated skills, experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Insight; ability to gather and make sense of new information
Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
