Primary Duties The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

Plan and coordinate onsite invoice data entry including vendor name, contract number, contract number (if applicable), document number, invoice number, and billing amount from a of variety source hard-copy documents.
Oversee on-site electronic invoice processing.
Manage on-site scanning and indexing from different sources, including fax, mail, email, and file folders.
Prepare and maintain a system of control to record the receipt and distribution of incoming workloads with the ability to make any necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Complete and submit employee evaluations and contract reports as scheduled or required.
Additional Responsibilities Act as a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.
Proactively communicate issues and concerns internally and externally and follow through until the issue has been resolved.
Conduct scheduled meetings.
Write clear, accurate descriptions of events and/or situations.
Take the lead in resolving employee issues or concerns.
Participate in the selection and evaluation of personnel.
Promote customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner identifying customer needs or concerns and providing quality products of service.
Support a workplace climate treating everyone with honest dignity and respect; free from harassment and discrimination.
Participate in and support all ServiceSource recognition activities.
Participate in all trainings required by ServiceSource Inc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s) High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years of management experience in a related field required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of the DOD and DON Security Information Programs and the USPS security procedures.
Knowledge and skill to comprehend and apply a variety of technical and general instructions concerning mail management policies (Navy worldwide), office methods and administrative procedures, including document security control.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Self-motivated and team player.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.
The ability to read, comprehend, interpret, prepare, edit and revise various documents.
Very organized and detail oriented.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
