LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Manpower Analyst, Sr who will provide key support to the CVN Readiness Operations Center.
Location: Norfolk, VA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect, review, integrate and analyze P-Pillar information from Manpower data sources TABLEAU, MNA, FLTMPS, DRRS-S and CV-SHARP to populate the current Manpower Readiness Driver Trees on a monthly basis.
Analyze manpower gaps or critical gaps and coordinate with the respective carrier and N1 Department to address Manpower actions.
Maintain in depth knowledge to facilitate CVN daily Manpower updates.
Maintain comprehensive working references and standards.
Analyze the impact of Manpower on the development and execution of aircraft carrier AWPs in order to identify issues and provide recommendations through the ROC Cell Manager, ROC Manager, ROC officer, and N1.
Provide assessments to identify key gaps or thresholds that will not be met for deployability.
Inform ROC REQADINESS SMEs of any Manpower issue that will affect their ability to certify for deployment/operations.
Create guidance and requirements for Carrier Readiness as required by co-coordinating with Codes within COMNAVAlRLANT for guidance.
Assists with development of metrics as directed by the ROC Cell Manager, ROC Manager and ROC Officer.
Other duties as assigned by ROC Manager.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel / less than 10%.
To travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.

Physical Requirements:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.

Communicating with others to exchange information.
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a degree in a related field; BA Degree and at least 4 years OR Associates and at least 8 years OR HS Diploma or equivalent and at least 10 years of technical or operational experience.
Must have extensive experience in manpower analytics.
Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of 15 years of experience is preferred.
A senior Yeoman, Personnel Specialist, Human Resources or Administrative Officer is preferred.
