Flexi-pool for the Southside Hampton Roads RN IMC/Stepdown Resource Pool - Nights Offers Premium Differential Pay, Flexible Self Scheduling: (work up to Full-time hours if desired).
Only required to provide the availability to work no more than two weeks in advance.
Requires a minimum of 48 scheduled hours per month · Requires 1, 12-hour off-shift and 1, 12-hour weekend shift per month.
· Requires minimum RN experience of 18 months.
· Requires nurses to work in all units for which they are qualified and a minimum of two different units.

New Hire Education Requirement: All new RNs who do not have their BSN will be required to sign a BSN Agreement committing to enrollment in an accredited RN to BSN program within 24 months of hire and successfully obtaining their BSN within 5 years of hire.
Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; Emergency Care - ACLS & PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire; Oncology Care ONS/ONCC or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire.
Women's Care - Perinatal departments; NRP within 6 months of hire.
Inpatient Pediatrics.
PALS within 6 months of hire.
All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI RN-Diploma (Non-degree) RN-Bachelor's Level Degree RN-Associate's Degree RN-Doctorate Level Degree RN-Master's Level Degree
