Description:
Provides services to NIWC Atlantic in support of the Submarine Integration Division and the SSTD IPT for three (3) different applications that require software engineering, technical, and management support.
These support services encompass software development, implementation, integration, test, maintenance, delivery, deployment, engineering analysis and recommendations for technical logistical and lifecycle support for Interactive Test Procedure (ITP), Message Handling System (MHS) and Information Screening and Delivery System (ISDS).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provide Management services for planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful execution of specific program/project goals and objectives
Task objective is to achieve all the project goals and objectives while adhering to specific project constraints (scope, qualify, schedule and cost)
Manage planned events, task due dates and constraints and project milestones
Identify and report schedule risk, issues, and variances as well as identify corrective actions to implement to mitigate risk
Coordinate with the government to develop an approach and define the associated artifacts to manage the cost associated with tasking

Knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Planning, scheduling, facilitation, and documenting meetings
Responding to the Government’s status reporting and data call requires
Providing out year program and spend plan/budget planning
Conducting analysis and developing Courses of Action (COAs)
Developing strategic initiatives to enhance performance and capabilities
Developing, collecting, and reporting performance metrics
Providing technical writing and editing to support documentation
Possible Minimum Travel required
