LPN Home Health Nurse

Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our patients, and we want a LPN who shares this objective.
The LPN will work with an existing team in a variety of different settings to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible care.
We're looking for an adaptable, responsible and detail-oriented team player who has strong communication skills and enjoys working in the home healthcare environment.
Responsibilities: * Observe patient's condition and vital signs.
* Nurse patient.
* Assist medical staff in surgery or non-emergency procedures.
* Manage patient visits and care plans.
* Manage nursing staff including scheduling, evaluating performance, and resolving issues.
* Communicate with doctors and other medical professionals.
* Follow state regulations for home health care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem Pay: $25.
00 - $30.
