Team Lead Driver - PACE / Portsmouth

Transport PACE participants to and from the program site and update transportation logs and records.
Assist participants in getting on and off the van.
Deliver medications, supplies, and medical equipment to participants' homes as needed.
Update other drivers on route changes daily.
Function as a member of the IDT and provide participant specific information PACE specific incumbents for this position require a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
CPR certification, and first aid certification.

The Team Lead, Driver will: Transport PACE participants to and from the program site and update transportation logs and records.
