Tester, Mid Key Role: Manage the daily operations of quality and lean activities, including quality systems and audits, continuous improvement programs, operational safety, and regulations requirements coordination.
Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge.
Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Work independently with some guidance.
Review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience testing or developing software applications Experience designing test scripts Experience with test methodologies, software release cycle, test effort estimation, and tracking Experience in Linux or UNIX environments Knowledge of Submarine C4ISR systems Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: Experience testing Cloud-based architectures Experience in test automation Experience with an Agile release methodology Experience with DoD Acquisition Milestones, Phases, and Decision Points Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) program, Lean Six Sigma, Risk Management, System Engineering methodologies, and System and Software Engineering best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.
