*This is a full-time case for a male client in Portsmouth, VA.
Tuesday-Friday!!!!! Shift 9am-5p or 7am-5pm*
Job duties include:
* Personal Care Assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
* Transferring and Ambulation Assistance
* Light Housekeeping
* Grocery Shopping and Meal Preparation
* Companionship/Supervision
* Transportation to doctor appointments and errands
* Habilitation Goals and Objectives (may require community outings)
Job Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Reliable - Personal Transportation
* Valid VA driver’s license, proof of insurance
* Documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the U.
S.
* CPR and First Aid Certification
* Proof of a Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening \*
