```Duties:```
- Oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Manage lease agreements, including tenant screenings, lease signings, and lease renewals
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records of property income and expenses
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to property owners
- Handle evictions and legal proceedings, if necessary
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
```Qualifications:```
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors
- Experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts between tenants and property owners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management, such as fair housing laws and Section 8 guidelines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping and file management
- Professional phone etiquette for handling tenant inquiries and complaints
