Essential Responsibilities:
Process and close loans as assigned, HELOC, auto, brokerage secured and boat loans.
Maintain and manage loan processing queue daily
Provide excellent service to our members and loan administration personnel in the field
Processing Loans:
Prepare loan documents within regulatory timeframes
Adheres to Service Level Agreements
Prepares CIT documentation for HELOC, auto, brokerage and boat loans with assistance
Input HMDA data and understands HMDA regulations
Handles exceptions in a timely manner with assistance
Input loans into the Loan Documentation System
Prepare attorney’s instructions
Prepare loan proceeds checks/wire transfers/general ledger entries
Review final loan documentation after closing
Correct any collateral exceptions in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members outside of department to ensure smooth closing process for members
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Other duties as assigned.

Experience in consumer loan area of banking to include loan documentation and regulations, specifically real estate secured

Knowledge of loan documentation
Knowledge of loan origination system
Experience with Real Estate closings
Strong technology skills (Power BI, intermediate or above Excel skills)
Knowledge of consumer loan regulations
Physical Requirements:
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
