First and foremost, I am a middle-aged woman and am very family oriented.
I have grown children and grandchildren that do visit and are local.
That being said, I am a very private person and pretty much stay to myself, easy to get along with and easy going.

I am offering a clean, relaxed environment in a small, settled neighborhood.
The arrangement is $650 a month/$300 deposit (Will consider weekly or biweekly vs monthly agreement depending on pay period, etc.
And includes all utilities, wifi and netflix.
It will consist of a small/medium size private carpeted unfurnished/semi furnished bedroom (basic twin bed, frame and memory foam mattress & bedding, desk/chair), shared bathroom w/shower only (no bathtub), access to washer/dryer (I do offer laundry service for a small fee as well), kitchen and living room, large yard w/fence/lawncare, and driveway for 1 vehicle permitted.
I do have a detached
2 story/2 car garage and a separate small workshop that is not included in the monthly rent, however, could allow partial shared use for increase on monthly rent amount.
Ring security motion lights/video cameras on front and back.
***This arrangement is for 1 person only, no couples and/or children, no overnight guests (can possibly be flexible with children/grandchildren visitation), no pets, no smoking in the home (outside smoking only)*** ***This is not a party house.
