, a 34-location Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership group, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Chesapeake, VA team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager for Truck Enterprises (TEI) and Kenworth Sales Company (KWS) is responsible for a diverse set of marketing responsibilities aimed at enhancing brand presence, managing online advertising campaigns, maintaining web content, and coordinating various marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator will be required to work in the office, a hybrid work schedule may be available in the future.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Google Ads Management:
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns while optimizing ad spend and conversion rates.
Social Media Reporting:
• Generate and analyze social media reports for KWS and TEI, providing insights to improve social media strategies.
Website Management:
• Manage updates and changes for both the TEI and KWS websites to ensure they are current and engaging.
• Act as the liaison between KWS/TEI and web developers, addressing inventory issues, page changes, Google Ads issues, and other related matters.
• Maintain an intranet platform to facilitate internal communication and information sharing within the organization.
Advertising:
• Develop and send out email marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience and promote products or services.
• Run and manage Facebook and LinkedIn ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with managers to create and run ads in press and trade journals to promote KWS and TEI.
Video Production:
• Edit all company videos and shoot videos for dealerships as requested.
Event Planning:
• Work with Event Planner and assist in execution of events in the mid-Atlantic locations.
Google/Bing:
• Manage Google Reviews
• Monitor Google Analytics
• Update Google accounts as needed
Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Or 3 years field experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content management
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Video editing and production skills a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
