Bayside Harley-Davidson needs to hire Motorcycle Sales Associates now in order to help meet huge customer demand! We are looking for NICE PEOPLE who want to work in a fun, fast and friendly environment Previous motorcycle sales experience is not required, we will train the right person.
However, if you have worked in sales in another industry, that is Plus! Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, cellular sales, insurance sales, bar-tending, or rental car associates, to name a few.

Responsibilities – Sales Associate:
Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat!
Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle from our inventory suited to their needs.
Great communication & listening skills are key!
Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success
Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat business
Learn techniques of closing the sale - We Will Train!
Complete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc.
efficiently and in a timely manner
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Associate:
Outgoing and vivacious personality - and an A-1 People Person!
We are looking for people with Harley-Davidson and/or Automotive experience
A high degree of good customer service and people skills are required.
Sales experience in other industries is a plus!
We will train - no dealership experience required!
Ambition and drive to succeed and a good track record!
Strong work ethic and ability to learn
Ability to set and achieve goals
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Valid driver's license - Motorcycle endorsement is a plus, but we will train.
Weekend availability is required
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
