Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers - Assist with inventory management and restocking Qualifications: - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to sell and upsell products to customers - Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change accurately - Previous experience in jewelry or electronics sales is preferred but not required - Proven track record of successful sales performance is a plus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
