Retail Sales Associate/Manager

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Previous experience in jewelry sales, time management, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
