General Summary
As an Account Manager, you will spend a considerable time in the market cultivating and growing
business in our accounts by educating and building existing and new partnerships.

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License
Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Motor Vehicle Report must meet company standards
High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficient PC, iPad, and MS Office skills
Must be a detail and results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills
At least 2 years of account selling experience, industry experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Represents Hoffman Beverage Company as a professional Account Manager to all assigned accounts and prospective customers.
Plans and executes a daily schedule of an assigned sales route.
Solicit new products/businesses to increase revenue and distribution within the territory.
In connection with the assigned route, maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets, and point of sale, ensure the account meets Hoffman Beverage Company merchandising standards, determine customer product needs, and place, and transmit appropriate orders in conjunction with existing sales routes.
Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet goals to increase market share, space allocation, and customer service.
Ensures maximum brand visibility and marketability within accounts by utilizing effective display position and current point-of-sale materials when appropriate.
Communicate and follow through on issues deemed important to management, our customers, and suppliers.
Ensure all required documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop and grow Hoffman Beverage brands, market, and industry knowledge to effectively promote sales.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals and achieving marketing and merchandising objectives.
Communicate and coordinate merchandising tactics to accounts and support merchandising activities, as needed.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all accounts by presenting authorized decision-makers with factual sales data and by prospecting for new business.
Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
Conform with, abide by, and re-enforce all regulations, policies, work procedures, and processes.
Prompt follow-through on commitments made to customers and co-workers.
Responsible for updating and communicating account maintenance to the Area Sales Manager/Team Leader (i.
e.
, closings, openings, changes of contact).
Performs other duties as directed.
