A market leader in real estate is seeking a Listing and Sales Administrator to join our team.
We are the area’s leading real estate marketing and sales company and we are growing our Team.
The position will receive and process listing and sales contracts and files, as well as assistance to Managing Broker and Agents.
*Our Expectations of our Team Members:*
* Process listings, sales contracts and closings received.
* Input all data regarding contracts into various multi listing services, Broker Wolf (accounting software system) and DotLoop (paperless management system).
* See all paperwork through from first entry to DotLoop through receipt of commission for settlement.
* Daily reports via Broker Wolf for Managing Broker.
* Respond to all e-mail and telephone calls within office in a timely manner and with a smile.
* Answer and direct telephone calls in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner.
* Meet and greet all visitors and Agents to office.
* Prepare Agent packets for Managing Broker.
Input necessary information for online and office directory.
* Provide office listing, sales and office volume reports.
* Provide consistent follow-up on open and incomplete items to ensure complete packages.
* Maintain and distribute updated duty books, weekly tour sheets and schedules.
* Provide Agents with advertising assistance and input and maintain necessary information.
* Process monthly marketing items and post account receivables.
* Sign company point of contact for installs and take downs.
* Administrative support to Managing Broker and Agents as needed.
* Additional responsibilities as needed

* Ability to multi-task and manage time well
* Attention to detail
* No fear of technology and can work in a Microsoft Office environment as well as the Google Suite of tools.

* Real estate office or real estate sales experience
