Job Title: Sales Director
Company Overview:
Our masonry company has been a leader in the industry since 2015, providing high-quality masonry / brick repair services to residential and commercial clients.
We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
We specialize in replacing cracked bricks, cracked mortar and lintel replacements around commercial and residential proporties.
We also offer masonry projects such as building brick steps, mailboxes, columns, porches, paver walkways and more.
We are looking for a sales director to help build and manage a sales team.
We are interested in someone who is looking to really put their strageties and experience to the test! GBR is interested in collaborating with a sales director in growing a newly formed sales department.
We are starting with a door to door sales technique and are looking for a leader to lead the newly developed team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build, manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or masonry industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
