*Responsibilities:*
· Assist in the growth of the office
· Maintain clean and orderly marketing kits.
· Actively engage customers and generate warm leads for our appointment setters.
· Maintain a clean and orderly booth at our events.
· Prepare and distribute food samples.
*Minimum Requirements*
· Must be available to work events on the weekends (Fri-Sun and select Thursdays)
· Weekday availability is a plus but not required.
· Must be willing and able to travel within the established territory.
· Must be flexible and willing to move to cover multiple events in a day for quality control and training purposes
· Must be punctual, reliable, and able to keep a schedule.
· Must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team.
· Must be comfortable and enjoy engaging the public and marketing our product
· Must be able to stand for event shift.
· Must be able to keep a schedule and meet deadlines
· Must have a driver’s license and a dedicated vehicle.
· Must have computer access and a smart phone with GPS
*Salary and Bonus Structure*
· $17 per hour for working the events.
· $25 to set up and $25 to take down an event.
This includes retrieving materials.
· Travel compensation at $17 per hour one way.
To include travel to pick up samples and distribute marketing materials when necessary.
· Weekly production bonuses for leads, appointments and sales.
· $25 show find bonus for new shows that you book completely with paperwork and payment request.
