We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team.
The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents.
If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity on a team of top performers, apply today!Compensation: $60,000+ plus commission Responsibilities: Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Making many phone calls a day to prospects and setting appointments Following up with appointments set Train daily on scripts to be better and better on the phone Coordinate scheduling of client and internal meetings Assist with special projects, including business development and proposals Qualifications: Possess a valid U.
S.
