Compensation:
$80,000+ potential at plan
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to identify the wants and needs of potential buyers and sellers to close deals
Prioritize leads and remain consistent in follow-ups to build the sales pipeline
Utilize knowledge of the area to answer buyer and seller inquiries
Leverage customer service experience to advise clients and ensure a smooth transaction process
Monitor each phase of the listing to closing process for an efficient transaction experience
Qualifications:
Must be licensed or have actively pursued getting a license
Demonstrates strong organization and time management skills
Open to learning new tools, systems, and technologies
Preferably has prior experience in sales
Excellent interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Displays enthusiasm, friendliness, and trustworthiness
