$75,000 minimum commission plan
Responsibilities:
Being constantly open to learning and growing best practices for advising your clients through a real estate transaction
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the process
Schedule appointments, show homes, and complete open houses
Utilize a top-notch CRM system to maintain a pipeline
Be reliable and consistently show up
Possess quick thinking skills
Display enthusiasm, energy, and a strong work ethic
Consistently prospect for new customers
Qualifications:
Searching for currently licensed agents, or individuals currently enrolled in real estate classes
Someone that has excellent communication and people skills
Ability to use amazing and proven systems
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market and purchase process
Honesty and integrity are essential
Proficient in basic software and technology with a willingness to learn new systems
