Responsibilities:
Keep agents informed of customer status and progress in the home buying/selling process, enabling swift and efficient action
Utilize scripts to effectively convey the team's value proposition, handle objections, and showcase our team's professionalism and integrity
Meet productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while promptly addressing customer inquiries (often sales leads) to fulfill customer requirements
Conduct outbound calls, communicate via email, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure the buying and selling needs of our customers are met
Gather client information, assess their eligibility, and qualify them before advancing them in the sales pipeline, ensuring an organized and streamlined sales process for our agents
