Position Title: Clinical Outreach Manager
Location: Hybrid Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Some evening/weekend hours are required to provide services needed
Travel Requirements: Travel around Virginia will be required as needed.

As a Clinical Outreach Ambassador, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, such as managed care organizations, national providers, therapists, schools, and other community partners.
You will also coordinate and lead educational and promotional events to raise awareness of Sandstone Care's services and programs.
Additionally, you will support the discharge and aftercare planning needs for our clients and their families as needed.
This is a rewarding full-time remote position that requires some evening and weekend hours to provide the services needed.
You will also need to travel around the Virginia area as needed to meet with potential and existing referral partners and attend events.

Who You Are Required Qualifications Experience in the mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use field in an outreach, marketing, or business development role.
Sales background in healthcare Preferred Qualifications You have discharge planning experience.
You have business development experience.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
You are highly self-motivated, very organized, detail-oriented, personable, outgoing, and collaborative.
