What if I told you that you could do both and get paid for it?!! Southern Auto Group is looking to add an Internet Sales Consultant to our growing team.
The Business Development/Internet Sales Representative is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and is someone who can communicate clearly and efficiently with customers using their preferred method of communication.
He or she responds to customer inquiries in a professional and highly informative fashion that results in an appointment to visit the Dealership.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and have excellent computer, internet, and phone skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with internet sales leads by contacting customers and getting a set appointment for a dealership visit
Answers ALL incoming Sales Appointment calls using script provided for you
Log ALL customer comments into our CRM system
Follows up with all non-appointment incoming sales calls
Contacts unsold Showroom traffic leads using a script\
Follows up with appointments and missed appointments
Confirm all pending appointments
Follows up with aged sales leads
Tracks sold vehicles
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous call center experience preferred
Professional appearance and confident phone voice/skills
Post-high school education is a plus! (college coursework or tech school)
Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
Strong computer and internet skills
Strong collaborative nature
An impressive work ethic
Some weekend and holiday work required
