*GENERAL SUMMARY:*
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the activities of the sales and marketing department and for assisting the sales, Help Desk, and Leadership teams.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
Manage the primary daily marketing activities.
1.
WEB SITE: Ensure content is updated: Quick Guides, video, and newsletter.
2.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Manage Linked In, Face Book, and Instagram.
3.
MERIT MINUTES: Monthly updates to video tutorials.
4.
WEEKLY SECURITY BRIEFING (Newsletter): Sent to customer base, added to Web.
5.
TECHIES WHO LOVE TO TEACH: Scheduling Tools, Agenda and Curriculum.
Help direct three primary Marketing goals:
1.
Generate 4 Leads per Month
2.
Increase Brand awareness
3.
Improve Customer satisfaction

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Experience in a Sales or Customer Service role.
* Strong presentation skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent documentation and writing abilities.
