Compensation:
$125,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, existing coverage, and long-term goals
Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies
Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls (via Zoom) to improve & grow your business
Help others do the same by sharing experiences
No cold calling
Expand income potential with annual reviews
Flexible schedule, you set your own
Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain - (we will help you)
Genuine desire to assist clients with the insurance items that best fit their needs
Experience in Sales, Retail, or Customer Service is preferred
Willingness to participate in team training calls to improve & grow your business
