As a growing company,, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative located in the Hampton Roads/Coastal Virginia region to contribute to our expansion and foster meaningful relationships with customers and prospects throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
Align with our core values and mission to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful relationships with clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Communicate promptly and pleasantly with all parties involved in the closing process.
Conduct real estate closings, ensuring that all parties sign the necessary documents
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a (great!) team
Strong organizational and time management skills
The optimal candidate will be a focused, organized, self-starter who is comfortable working with many different types of people while making customer service a top priority.
The typical work day is 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, hours can sometimes fluctuate and may require you to work certain evenings (for marketing/events) and/or Saturdays.
This is a performance based (base salary plus commission) position.
