Sales Associate - Optical Retail

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team! This role is for an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual to help grow a retail location.
*Responsibilities:* * Help patients feel seen and heard * Gain optical knowledge to help patients understand what glasses are right for them * Take patients through the pre-test exam (you will learn how to use some medical equipment, take digital images of the patients eye, check inter-ocular pressures and more) * Be a team player - help out where needed.
Sometimes this will be doing some extra cleaning, sometimes it may be taking inventory of our frames.
*Qualifications:* * Hospitality - treating every patient and employee as a guest in your home, creating an environment where individuals feel heard and seen * Ability to learn in fast-moving environment * Desire to grow - in the past year, we've had two individuals who started as sales associates be promoted to assistant managers and then to managers.
