A day in the life:
Focus on customers in the following ways
Develop trusting relationships with customers
Identify how the customer makes decisions
Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit into their needs
Act as a resource for the customer and help customers with their energy initiatives
Provide customers with new industry trends, capital budgets, and technology and industry news
Strategize and execute plans to maximize business from existing customers
Collaborate with original Sales Rep teammate, if applicable, and lead the process with the Maintenance Sales Administrator
Lead or assist with asset evaluations and capital budgets for our key/strategic customers
Review and become an expert on the scope of work sold to the customer.
Review and become an expert on all customer requirements
You should have:
Technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration, estimating and sales or equivalent combination of technical training or experience
The ability to work in an aggressive, fast-paced work environment
Skills to interpret computerized cost data and systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers
