Noland Company Chesapeake offers “All of the Above” to the ambitious, experienced Outside Sales Pro who is ready to help develop our fastest growing business segments – Plumbing, MRO and HVAC.
The Outside Sales Pro earns a Competitive Salary, Personal Paid Time Off, Health insurance, and Profit Sharing for successful performance.
The “mission critical” responsibilities include:
* Prospecting for potential new customers and new opportunities with existing customers
* Collaborating with colleagues to satisfy customers with solutions, services, and products
* Promoting the Company’s brand, goals, and values in the industry and the community What you MUST bring to the Team:
* A minimum of TWO YEARS of Industry Experience in Outside Sales (HVAC, MRO and/or Plumbing) *Professionalism: courteous, positive, ethical, and respectful behavior.

* Effective interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
* A commitment to achieving goals
* Ability to resolve issues independently with effective, realistic solutions.
* Valid Virginia Motor Vehicle Operator's driver’s license and a clear MVR.
