Sentara Fort Norfolk Dedicated Care Center is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator.
This position is Full time, Monday thru Friday.
The Patient Service Coordinator builds relationships with patients, physicians, and co-workers by providing "world-class" service and is the first point of contact, ambassador and concierge for 200 patients.
Utilize sales skills to retain patients in the practice and to acquire new patients after the initial enrollment period.
Maintain superior patient-provider relationships and the highest quality of care coordination and provide service that ensures that patients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Continuously work to improve quality efficiency & service in all areas of the practice with attention to balancing health-related and financial conversation to keep copays and membership fees up to date.

Required Education :
High School Grad or equivalent
Experience :
