Effective SME in commercial diligence for private equity investments.
Identifies new opportunities to accelerate business while also driving evaluation of future growth opportunities.
Research markets, identify key trends, and translate data into impactful insights.
Develop a pipeline of prospective targets and be a Company ambassador to external partners.
Drives M&A and investment opportunities through execution, negotiation, and due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation.
