Primary Purpose: This position creates and maintains various digital assets for Towne Insurance marketing initiatives.
The position manages Insurance’s website and social media presence to ensure they align with the brand strategy.
Additionally, the position monitors web traffic and performance, provide analytics, and optimize SEO.
This position requires expertise in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and SEO software.
This role can be performed from our office in either Raleigh, Charlotte, Glen Allen, or Norfolk.
Essential Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for designing web page layouts, imagery, videos, and templates.
Manage social media and social ad campaigns.
Ensure website and social content aligns with brand strategy and Towne standards.
Monitor web traffic, performance, and capacity to identify and resolve issues.
Develop and execute content planning and strategy across various social platforms.
Provide regular reporting and analytics.
Recommend and prepare imagery.
Troubleshoot and maintain TowneInsurance.
com for optimal user experience.
Collaborate with website agency for maintenance needs and updates.
Create web and video content that meets business and member needs.
Ensure ADA WCAG 2.
0 compliance for TowneInsurance.
com.
Address technical needs to enhance SEO.
Manage security certificates for TowneInsurance.
com.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the YEXT platform for accurate publication of listings.
Enhance member search experience through the YEXT Answers platform.
Monitor keyword reporting to improve SEO rankings.
Manage and update the Resource Center.
Develop and create additional web pages as needed.
Collaborate with business lines for content development.
Assist with other projects as needed.
Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies: Prior experience with digital marketing tools, content management systems (preferably Kentico), and SEO software.
Prior social media management experience to include content creation and scheduling, Strong ability to create and edit content for digital marketing channels.
Familiarity with social and web analytics.
Proficient in Adobe Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
Basic video editing skills.
Strong writing abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with effective planning and prioritization skills.
Desired Skills & Competencies: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.
Understanding of web accessibility best practices and ADA requirements.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Project planning and coordination experience.
Experience in optimizing SEO/SEM campaigns.
Comfortable with project management tasks.
Physical Requirements: Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
