*Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities*
* Assist customers in the showroom, and on the phone, who need information and assistance in finding their ideal countertop
* Educate customers through detailed product explanations and descriptions
* Enter into CRM the details of customer calls and scheduled visits resulting from marketing or referrals
* Ensure that customer service and satisfaction is “white-glove” as we go the extra mile to meet our customers’ needs; provide superior hospitality while our guest is in-house (i.
e.
, greet, offer refreshments, hold doors, etc)
* Stay up-to-date on latest design trends by seeking to learn about products, the countertop and construction industry, and the larger design community
* Maintain records around showroom traffic (i.
e.
, sign-in sheets, Idea Forms, Final Selection Forms)
* Assist with keeping photos current for inventory
* Manage phone reception
* Help coordinate and schedule customer deliveries
* Maintain sample room, built-in displays, and showroom cleanliness
* Complete all other duties, as assigned

High School diploma or equivalent
*Years of Relevant Experience*
0-5+ years’ experience in Sales
Stone industry experience highly preferred
Retail / showroom experience highly preferred
